Introduction

The Company under the name "Diplaros K. Michail" is the owner of this website and will henceforth be referred to as "the Company" or "Vision4Reality". Users or visitors of the corporate websites of Vision4Reality will be referred to as "the Client", regardless of whether they place orders for services or products from our Company. This privacy policy applies to the clients served by the Company as well as to simple visitors of its websites.

Vision4Reality follows a strict security policy, which includes the Data Processing and Communications Privacy Policy. We apply the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality of the Client's communications and the protection of Personal Data, as provided by relevant law, ADAE regulations, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - 2016/679).

Data we collect

In the case of user browsing, no personal data is collected, and the only thing stored is the anonymous IP, which defines approximately the region of the user's location.

In the case that the user registers (in the Client Area), we collect the following personal details:

First and Last Name
Email address and Contact phone number
Home address or organization headquarters
Organization name, VAT ID, and Tax Office (for invoice issuance)

Important: Debit or credit card details are not stored on our servers. Their processing is handled exclusively by the secure environment of the collaborating bank.

Purpose of data collection

Vision4Reality collects only the data limited to what is absolutely necessary for the effective execution of our cooperation. They are used exclusively for activating services (registering domain names, website hosting, SSL issuance, etc.) and to ensure correct communication.

Sharing of personal data

We explicitly declare that the data we collect is absolutely secure, confidential, and will not be sold or rented to third parties. Sharing occurs exclusively:

To National and International Domain Name Registries (for Domain registration).
To SSL certificate authorities (e.g. Sectigo, Symantec) for certificate issuance.
To our accounting office for maintaining statutory tax records.
Upon court or prosecutor order.
