Terms of Service

The terms governing the provision of our services (Web Development, Hosting, Marketing, AI) to you.

1. General Provisions

This website vision4reality.com (hereinafter "Website") is owned and operated by the company under the trade name "Vision4Reality". The use of the Website and the services provided (Web Development, Web Hosting, SEO, Photography, etc.) is subject to these Terms of Service.

Each user or client (hereinafter "Client") who enters and uses the services is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Hosting Services (Web Hosting & VPS)

Vision4Reality is committed to providing hosting services with a focus on high availability (99.9% Uptime). However, the Company:

Is not liable for interruptions due to force majeure events or Data Center failures.
Reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance / upgrade purposes (with prior notification).
Strictly prohibits the posting of illegal, threatening, offensive, or copyright-infringing content on its servers.

3. Domain Name Registration

Vision4Reality operates as a Reseller/Registrar for domain name registration (.gr, .com, .eu, etc.). The Client is the exclusive owner and bears responsibility for the details (Whois) they provide. In the event of failure to renew in a timely manner, Vision4Reality is not liable for the loss of the Domain Name.

Important: Payment for services (Hosting & Domains) is made in advance. In case of expiry, services are automatically suspended by the system (WHMCS).

4. Web Development & UI/UX Design

For website, e-shop, and application development, the terms (deliverables, timeline, cost) are explicitly defined through a Private Collaboration Agreement or written Quotation before the project begins. The source code and graphics are delivered to the Client upon full payment of the project.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on our Website (logos, text, graphics, code) constitutes intellectual property of Vision4Reality, protected by Greek and International laws. Copying, reproduction, or republication without written permission is prohibited.

Content provided by the Client for their website construction is their own responsibility in terms of legality and intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vision4Reality makes every possible effort for the proper functioning of its infrastructure. However, under no circumstances shall it be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages or lost profits of the Client arising from the use or inability to use the services, nor for any data loss (despite the Backup mechanisms we provide).

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Shared Hosting services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancellations of Domain Registration, SSL Issuance, VPS Servers, and Development services are not eligible for refund after their commencement/execution, as they constitute customized or completed services.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise, the Courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
